Butternut squash, red chilli and coconut veloute



Pork, smoked bacon, confit potato and sage terrine, house-made piccalilli

Paired with Comte Paul Antonin Pinot Noir (France)


Fish Course

Seared Cornish mackerel, creamed celeriac, pickled hom shmiji, lemon oil

Paired with Albarino, Veiga da Princesa (Spain) 



Red wine glazed ox cheek, confit parsnip, Sprouts, bone marrow and parsley crumb

Paired with Villa Schinosa (Italy)



Apple and cinnamon iced parfait, brandy snap, and blackberry

Paired with Monon Muscat Beaumes de Venise (France)


Petit Fours

Homemade vanilla and white chocolate marshmallows

 Served with an Espresso Martini
